位置很方便，直通江西冷距離芭東海灘酒吧街都很近，距離車站也都不遠，衞生很乾凈，服務也還説得過去，缺點（不會每天提供牙膏牙刷需要自己外面購買）牙刷也不好用，梳子也不好用，最好都自己買

酒店前台對白人的態度明顯周到的多，不管後面已經排了很多等待辦理入住手續的客人，依然和白人聊天還親自送到門口，第二天換了個男前台，全程沒有一個笑臉，第一次在泰國收到如此不同的禮遇！酒店分2個大堂，問前台我們入住的叫什麼，直接給我英文寫了個江西冷，壓根就不對，導致後來來送機的師傅都走錯，為什麼不能區分一下？打車定位都定不對 17年入住這家還叫千禧之星，這次換人家了，但是房間格局沒變，就是重新裝修了一下，衞生間比較小，房間還可以，層高很低，衞生一般，空調是真的夠冷，怕冷的千萬不要入住，我是超級怕熱的都受不了，空調開到25度，過不久就會自動變成21度，風口正對床和沙發早餐種類不多，比較鹹因為趕飛機7點就去吃早餐了，酒店門口全是蟑螂酒店內部有let’s relax在開放式大堂問前台拿優惠券，泰式按摩999泰銖2小時，2個大堂間可以讓酒店免費用摩託車送總體來説，這個酒店唯一的優點就是在江西冷樓上，班贊海鮮市場的對面，整體就是全季的水平，沒有達到4或者5星

服務是真的太差了，到了酒店辦理完入住，小車給你送到後面那棟樓門口，你就自己去找房間去吧，我們的房間在6樓，一樓的電梯還不能直達，得到四樓再走到另一邊，再乘另一部電梯到六樓。也沒有人告知。跟迷宮似的你就自己打轉吧。而且在泰國住了四個酒店，這是唯一一個還要按金的。

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at M Social Hotel Phuket. When I booked, I clearly requested a non-smoking room, but upon arrival, I was given a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. I raised the issue with the receptionist, but she initially didn’t take me seriously. Only after her colleague confirmed the smell did they agree to move me. Unfortunately, the next room was even worse: it had a musty, moldy odor, there were blood stains on the bedsheets, and hair all over the room. After a long flight with a tired child, all we wanted was a clean and comfortable room to rest in — and this hotel failed completely to provide that. The lack of cleanliness and poor attitude from the staff are unacceptable, especially for a hotel that claims to offer a high standard. I do not recommend this hotel and will never stay here again.

非常棒的酒店！住過的才知道多棒……江西冷商場裡面，老方便了，出去玩，旁邊就是班贊海鮮市場！然後芭東夜市（酒吧一條街你懂的），老畢了！

出不多一千二的房間，安排在副樓面對空地，全棟樓都是印度人，好像衹有我們一家三口是中國人，晚上洗完衣服早上全部都是燒烤味，陽台有2層玻璃門，樓下的酒吧聲音會傳到上來，房間沒有一次性拖鞋，牙膏牙刷都沒有，漱口杯都不提供，反正這個價格對比之前蘭花沒有可比性，絕對不值。同等價格可以找跟好的酒店了。

We had a wonderful stay at M Social Hotel Phuket. Location is ideal as Jungcelyon & Central Mall are nearby. Walking distance to Bangla Walking Street where night life is busy and happening! Lots of restaurant to choose from and safe to move around. Local fruits, handicraft, local product & snacks plenty to choose from. Good place to shop. Morning Market nearby. Lots of fresh seafood that you can buy and ask upstairs Restaurant to cook for you.

When I arrived hotel I turned on kettle suddenly thousands of termites come out from kettle and table and electrical outlets they just change the table not my room I asked the person who gave us water to tell them he came in and saw the situation bur still doesn’t change my room Till 1 am I was trying to clean up the room from termites and I couldn’t sleep till morning Pool is good The view of the room was awful Consider it’s not pool in the pictures Breakfast was normal not very good
